Neelkanth Dulloo

Neelkanth Dulloo is a Barrister and a Lecturer in Laws, Legislations and Politics. He is a Human Rights activist and advocates for the promotion of democracy, civic liberties, social justice and good governance. Campaigning for a just, safe and tolerant society, he practices mainly in Administrative, Constitutional and Criminal matters.
